B.R.A.T.S. Developmental
Series |
| The B.R.A.T.S. Developmental Series will
span 4 weeks and will meet on Sundays. The series will focus
primarily on individual skills instruction. Coaches will also
touch on skills involving knowledge of the game and offensive
and defensive structures. Players with experience looking to
fine tune their developmental skills and get high repetition
training will benefit from the developmental series, as well
as beginners looking to learn fundamentals. |

Setters -
Coaches will focus on refining setting technique in high repetition
drills. The setters will be exposed to higher level setting
skills and tempos.
Hitters - Coaches will focus on footwork,
approach, and arm swing technique. The hitters will be exposed
to a variety of offensive options and tempos. Open to all
hitters- middle hitters and outside hitters (left and right
side).
Defenders - (Defensive Specialists) Coaches
will focus on defensive footwork and platform technique. Defenders
will be exposed to high repetition drills to enhance skills
in multiple defensive areas.
