Chad is starting his 2nd year at Team Indiana.  He will be taking over the head coaching duties of the Team Indiana18-2’s this year after working as the assistant coach last season.

Chad graduated from Cochranton High School located in Northwest Pennsylvania in 2002 where he played volleyball all 4 years. He then attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology where he played for the men's club team for 2 years along with working as a manager for the RHIT Women's volleyball team before assuming the role of assistant coach. He was an assistant at Rose-Hulman for 3 years. Chad began his club coaching career in 2005 as an assistant for the COA 18-1's, a role that he continued the next year before starting a career in motorsports.

Chad graduated from Rose-Hulman in February 2008 and currently works for Victory Sales as a Technical Sales Representative.
