Ashley WaughThis will be Ashley's first year coaching with Team Indiana but she has put her name in Team Indiana history as a player. She she was the libero for the 2005 18-1 Turtles team that finished 3rd in the 18 American Division at the USA Junior Olympics. And an 2006 All-American selection for the 18-1 Terminators (libero) that won a National Championship in the American Division. Ashley will be coaching alongside one of her former coaches, Michelle Coleman, with the Team Indiana Elite 17 Asics team.

Ashley graduated from Roncalli High School in 2006 where she was a four-year letterwinner. As a senior, she was named First Team All-State, First Team All-County, and named to the Indianapolis Star Super Team. She also led the IHSAA in digs and was named Roncalli Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year.

After graduation she headed south to Middle Tennessee State University where she was a 4 time Sun Belt Defenisve Player of the Week. She ended her career fourth on the all-time list with 1,356 total digs and seventh in digs per set with 2.75. MTSU won the Sun Belt Conference 3 of 4 years during Ashley's career and went to the NCAA tourney all 4 years including a Sweet Sixteen appearance.

Ashley studied Biology and with minor in Chemistry and plans to attend medical school in the future.
