Chad is in his 4th year at Team Indiana, his 1st as head coach of 16 Asics, after two successful seasons as the head coach of 18 Molten. The 2011 season was highlighted by a 3rd place finish at the Bluegrass Prequalifier and a 9th place finish at the GLC President's Day Tournament, while the 2010 season was highlighted with an 8th place finish at the Mideast Power League and an 11th place finish at the inaugural JVA World Challenge.
Chad graduated from Cochranton High School located in Northwest Pennsylvania in 2002 where he played volleyball all 4 years. He then attended Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology where he played for the men's club team for 2 years along with working as a manager for the RHIT Women's volleyball team before assuming the role of assistant coach. He was an assistant at Rose-Hulman for 3 years. Chad began his club coaching career in 2005 as an assistant for the COA 18-1's, a role that he continued the next year before starting a career in motorsports.
Chad graduated from Rose-Hulman in February 2008 and currently works for Victory Sales as a Technical Sales Representative.
