This is Michelle's third year coaching with Team Indiana. This year Michelle will coach the 17 Navy team. The two previous years, she coached the 17-1s team with Michelle Coleman.

Michelle graduated from Roncalli High School and received a full scholarship to play volleyball at East Tennessee State University. As a junior, Michelle helped East Tennessee State to an undefeated season in the Atlantic Sun Conference winning outright. She was part of an all tournament team, was voted team captain her senior year, and won the Buc Heart Award two of her four years at ETSU.

She is now the head coach of the freshman volleyball team at Roncalli High School. RHS ended their 2010 season with a 21-3 record.
