2012 Junior Tournaments

 

All AAU, JVA, USAV teams are all welcome. All participants will be fully insured regardless of affiliation.

All participants must complete the JVA Medical Release Form and Release of Liability to be elgibile to participate in any of the events listed below! They do not need to be notarized. Coaches should hold on to a copy of these form for the duration of the season.
