 Team Indiana was established in order to give more central Indiana girls a chance to play club volleyball. Team Indiana has had many great successes over the last three club seasons. Last year Team Indiana sent seven teams to the Junior Olympics. The 14 Evil Pop Tarts brought home a second place finish at AAU Nationals and a third place finish at the Junior Olympic Championships. In 2006, The 18 Terminators brought home Team Indiana’s first Junior Olympic Championship in the 18 American Club Division followed by a third place finish from the 15 Titans. Team Indiana is also proud to say that they were the only club in the Hoosier Region to send a 2s team to the 2006 Junior Olympics.
Team Indiana is also a strong force behind the recruiting process for all of our athletes. We are pleased to say that our classes of 2006 and 2007 that wanted to play in college received scholarships at various colleges across the country. Although Team Indiana is still young in existence, the club has already established an irrefutable reputation in club volleyball across the nation.
All summer camps will be run and coached by Team Indiana coaches and current college players. Team Indiana’s coaching staff is filled with some of the best coaches in Central Indiana and have a proven record over the course of their coaching tenures. All of our coaches have been USAV certified and have training in all skill sets offered at our camps. The player to coach ratio at all of our camps are kept small so that each athlete can get as much individual training as possible. We think it is important that each athlete has as many eyes on them while working on new skill development.
Our camps are designed for the athlete to learn new skills while fine tuning those that they have already been taught. We will divide the athletes up by grade and/or skill level in order to meet the needs of each athlete.  All skill sets will be taught and followed up with repetitious drills in order to make sure that concepts are understood and mastered by the athlete.
The Team Indiana facility is regarded as one of the top volleyball venues in the Midwest. Team Indiana houses seven courts with a mezzanine that overlooks the entire facility. The Team Indiana facility owns state of the art equipment in order to provide a comfortable setting for players, coaches and family members.
We have made all of our camps affordable at only $65 per camp, so we can accommodate as many young players as possible. The price of each camp includes the skill session and a t-shirt (payment must be received 10 days prior to the camp date in order to guarantee a t-shirt).
Players are welcome to attend one or all of the camps hosted by Team Indiana. Pre-registration is not required, but it is highly recommended. Those who do not pre-register are not guaranteed a t-shirt. Registration is only found online.
Team Indiana is excited to meet many new young volleyball players as they attend our camps this summer, and we will also be glad to see many of our current athletes as they come to sharpen their skills after the club season.
