 “I was on the JV volleyball team at Center Grove my sophomore year and the varsity team did not have any graduating seniors, so I knew that I had to do something to make the team in 2008. My parents and I decided to play club but the question was where. After talking to some teammates who played at Team Indiana, we realized that Team Indiana has an excellent reputation with a great coaching staff. Once at Team Indiana, I was placed on the 16-2 team, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. I learned that working hard is more than important...it’s completely necessary. My team and I worked hard at every practice because anything less was unacceptable. My coaches were faithful to the fundamentals and fixed many of my bad habits. They always believed in me and through them I was able to achieve so much. I was placed on the AAU All-American team, and I am the starting outside hitter on the varsity team at Center Grove. I don’t think these achievements would have been possible without Team Indiana. Through their excellent coaching staff, I not only became a skilled player, but I learned life lessons like teamwork, mental toughness and perseverance.”

My daughter received skill specific training each day in practice where they reinforced the value of working hard and fundamental development. "I have been with Team Indiana for three years now and absolutely love the club. Throughout my years playing here, I have improved by a vast amount. The coaches really try to motivate you and push you to that next level. I have also taken lessons in between tryouts and sporadically through the year. They are really great if you just want to focus on one skill and you receive a lot of one on one time, even in group lessons. I have also gained many friendships through the club, especially this last season. I now know a bunch of different kids that play at different schools and I enjoy playing and seeing them during the school season, too. I couldn't imagine playing anywhere else in future club seasons besides Team Indiana."

 “We have just completed our third year at Team Indiana. Each year just keeps getting better and better. Our club experience last year was outstanding. Our daughter was placed on a three’s team. What I watched and learned was that a Team Indiana 3’s team is equal to that of a 1 or 2’s team at another club. The quality of instruction and leadership at Team Indiana is above our expectations. I have bullet pointed my top 5 reasons why we are at Team Indiana and will continue to stay at this club:
- Team Instruction – Our daughter’s coach is a great coach. He understands each girl’s ability and how they learn and are motivated. He instructs and motivates individually to promote each girl’s fullest potential.
- Team Leadership – Our daughter’s coach had the ability to motivate the team as a whole, working as one unit. It was great to watch week after week this group of girls supporting each other and positively motivating each other to their fullest potential.
- Individual Instruction – Private and semi-private lessons are important to our daughter for her continued development throughout the season. Not all the girls need additional instructions, but for those who do or want the extra help, Team Indiana finds the right instructor for your player’s objective. I have a RS, left-handed hitter. It was important that our daughter be given instructions by a “lefty” and Team Indiana helped us find that coach for private instruction.
- Group Lessons / Camps – Team Indiana offers camps for players who want additional instruction for their position or like our daughter who wanted to learn a new position. I strongly recommend these camps for all levels of players.
- Club Communication / Support – The management and coaches at Team Indiana are committed individuals. They truly care about the girls. Wanting all of them to reach their own individual volleyball goals. I have always found them to available to discuss any concerns or questions you have about the club, coaches, teams or your player.”

"My daughter Brooke was on 16-4's this year at Team Indiana. It was our first club experience and we have nothing but positive things to say! Brooke has a medical condition that makes her pass out. ALL members of the Team Indiana staff (from the owners to the coaches) were so supportive of her from the first day of tryouts to the last day of the club season!! She regained her confidence and her skills improved greatly. We are very grateful to her coach Kim Wildman for everything she helped Brooke to accomplish this past season. We are looking forward to the upcoming club season and hope Brooke has an opportunity to play here again!"

Team Indiana is the best volleyball club in Central Indiana. It is clear that there is a desire at TI to play at the most competitive level and bring the best out in each player. Team Indiana offers the most experienced and knowledgable coaching staff and the best facility in the area. Our daughters are proud to play for Team Indiana and the friendships they have made and volleyball skills they have learned are immeasurable.
