1. Spectator Admission Charge

• $5/person…$20 immediate family max
• Kindergarden and under free

2. Each Team is responsible for their own warm-up balls

• warm-up balls and carts WILL NOT be provided by Team Indiana

3. Doors will open both Saturday and Sunday at 11am
4. The Concession Stand will be open

• no outside food or drinks will be allowed in

5. Tournament Format

56B/56A Tournaments

• pool play will be 2 games to 25 with each game capped at 25
• bracket play will be best 2 games out of the 3
  • games 1 and 2 will be gapped at 25
  • game 3 will be capped at 15
• finish will be determined by game %, then point %
  • 2 ways ties will be determined by head to head

6. Tournament Jersey Pick Up

• Pick up will be at 11:15am on court 1 followed by a short coaches’ meeting
• jerseys must be picked up by the coach

7. Only coaches and players will be allowed on Courts 3,4,5, and 6. NO SPECTATORS WILL BE ALLOWED PASSED THE NETTING

• seating will be provided on courts 1,2,7 and in the mezzanine
• no outside chairs will be allowed in

8. Team Officiating Assignments

• Each division has a pool play schedule and a tournament bracket schedule that lists officiating duties
• if you lose in bracket play, you will officiate the next match on the court you just played on
• officiating responsibilities:
  • coach as referee
  • 2 players as line judges
  • player to flip score and right down final score of each game

9. This is a fun event used to let teams get to know each other. Have fun with it and don’t take any of it too seriously.
